I had a problem like that . Replaced alc pot and power adjustment pot . 
Sometimes they just might be dirty . .Then retune board . It didn’t play nice 
in adjustment but little over 90+ watts it was rock sold . 100 watts sometimes 
would jump to 130-140 watts so I ran it at little over 90 watts.
 I almost always ran 30 watts as that’s all amp needed .

Power supply plenty strong, fuse OK, A9 board capacitors replaced.
