In addition to the SNAPHAT battery on the logic board, there is a coin-battery on the antenna tuner board. This battery stores the memories for the tuner, and should be renewed as well.

Change all of the electrolytic capacitors on the A9 board with low ESR 105C
rated capacitors.

Most Orion problems like this are caused by A9 board problems.
