Jim, I think you are operating CW mode. If that is so, the frequency offset you see is normal. You are seeing the offset between transmit and receive which is usually 700 hz depending on bfo alignment.

Enjoy that Omni-C .... very nice radio.

Subject: [TenTec] Omni-C Display Accuracy/adjustment

Hello,

I am a new owner of an Omni-C.

I've noticed that when I operate a particular frequency, let's say 7.124.0
the reverse beacon has me at 7.123.3

I'd like to know if this a normal variance?

I have read that there is a "timebase" adjustment procedure using WWV. If
this adjustment is viable, I would like to know if I could adjust the
timebase using the Reverse Beacon Network as my feedback? Or if that would
throw something else in the rig out-of-whack?

Thanks for your comments,

73,

Jim
