I suspect it was a valid email as it came in response to something you
initiated.
They do a freeze on accounts of people who haven't sold recently, or if
someone who normally sells small things lists big ticket items.
Annoying for people like me who accumulate things for a few years before
thinning the herd.
When I restart my selling cycle, I start with low cost items and ramp up
values over several weeks.
