I have a hunch with a pan-adapter displayed, my computer would not be able
to send proper Morse code.
Perhaps it would work with a WinKey, but it wouldn't have a chance without
one.

One more reason to turn it off in a CW contest and just use the Band-Map.

That's no where near as CPU intensive as displaying a panadapter.
