well with problems you are no doubt correct.  if it goes to tenteck for repair
with frieght could possibly run up a 300.00 bill.

i am certainly happy with the one i paid 1450.00 for. very good rig

Bob
I am leaning toward just that----as soon as I resolve a couple minor issues
(1) intermittent connection on logic board, crystal oven sometimes not
receiving power
(2) intermittent somewhere in the bfo select. lsb and usb adjust fine. cw and
rtty do not adjust---sometimes. I am cleaning and re-seating idc connectors
first
(3) I think one of the 2.4 filters is whack. I want to resolve that and
possibly replace with inrad 2.8khz version
After that I may fall in love all over again and keep it. If not, at least I
can properly represent it and sell accordingly.
It is a 563 option 3 and near full of tt filters. Cosmetically a 10. I think
$1k is pushing the envelope?
Opinions?
Paul

I still have the Omni VI+ for sell. It has the both 1.8 filters and it also has
a 500hz filter. It has only one minor scratch on the rt. side. Other than that
it is flawless. Electrically nothing wrong. It is a 9 to 10. It comes with
manual and ac cord. Asking $1000. I am willing to include shipping in this
price. Please respond off reflector. I have pictures of the radio. It is from a
non-smoking environment. Mark W4SVO
