Which zero five antenna are you using? I imagine you have a severe mismatch
with the zero-five on 160 and there is all kinds of losses taking place
eventhough you are using a tuner. This could create a rough situation as far
as a match. The inductor in your tuner is probably over heating...Inductors
can be very lossy on 160 also...
