Monday morning & GM, John:

I used to run my Drake TR-4C mobile in my Peugeot diesel.
QST had a picture of one in a issue maybe 4 years ago.

I see no reason why not to have your #538-at going mobile.
It's a whole lot lighter, a bit smaller, and can operate off the auto
battery. Keep the power cable #AWG-10 for 12 VDC as Jupiters don't like
anything lower than 12.1 VDC supply.

Send me a picture of your instillation.
