Having bought a TS-950sdx specifically to use the matching
SM-220 or SM-230 scope, I know what a real time, actual
trace bandscope looks like. It is so much better and more
handy than any of the things offered today, including K3,
ORION, and 9000 because , among other reasons, the 950
system did not stop scanning when u tuned but u could
actually see you move toward a sig pip in uninterrupted
real time. Unfortunately, the SM-230 had to be hooked
to a TS-950, so I sold the whole system.
