I'm not sure.  The message goes to the reflector and the reflector resends
it.
It always says "On behalf of".

For your question earlier, I think one way to solve the delay problem is to
set up two different profiles, one for CW and one for SSB.

I was hoping someone else would respond.

I would think that one of the subscribers has changed/deleted his email
address but did forget to change/delete his subscription on this
Mailing-List...

So since YOU send a message, YOU get a Non-Delivery Report..
