[TenTec] Jupiter on 60Meters

I will be making a newer version of my software that will come out at the
end of this month. When the 60 meter band is selected, it will
automatically set the output power to 50 watts, set the ssb bandwidth to
2400 ( a much safer value), and the low cutoff to 200. When leaving the 60
meter band, it will restore these settings to what they were previously.

I will use 2400 hertz transmit ssb bandwidth because these are only the 6 db
power points of the bandwidth. The total bandwidth is actually much higher.
The FCC rules state all the bandwidth must be contained in 2800 hertz. I
actually think even the 2400 hertz bandwidth is more like 3200 at the 60 db
power points. So I hope the 2800 hertz rule is not strictly enforced
because I don't believe any transmitter today meets this value for total SSB
bandwidth.
