Hi, Jeff,

I don't have the Omni VI, but I have used the Samlex with a number of
HF, VHF, and UHF rigs. I've found the Samlex supply to be reliable and
not to generate any discernable RF hash or noise.

I don't do a lot of long continuous key-down transmissions (i.e.:
digital modes or very high speed CW) and I've heard that the supply
doesn't handle them very well if you're running close to the rated
current draw. At least that's what Roger, KD4MYE, tells me, and he
should know. I don't run anything that puts out more than 60W or so, so
I haven't pushed the supply to its limits. You might.

I probably would still be using the Samlex supply exclusively, but I
found a TT 937 supply at a very nice price and I like to have the supply
that matches my rigs just to have a nice looking shack.

I realize this isn't a definitive answer, but I hope it's at least
somewhat helpful.

Caity
