I am trying to determine the function of PIN 5 on the Pegasus front panel
ACCESSORY jack. Ideally, I would like to use this as a spare pin for a
forthcoming project. Although the Manual indicates that PIN5 is not
connected, I see that it goes to a diode and on to a Texas Instruments
HC753A Octal D-type latching chip. Unfortunately, the service department is
now closed for the day. Anyone have a schematic or a more recent Pegasus
manual who can determine the true function of this pin? Thanks!
