[TenTec] 961 P/S Xmit Noise?

The hum induced in transmitted signals was caused by the 60 Hz AC field
from the power transformer coupling into the PTO. Apparently the PTO
coils are very sensitive to induced magnetic fields. The Corsairs
and Omnis use PTO's but the Paragon uses a synthesizer, so this is
probably not your problem. See if it happens on every band. You may
actually have an RF groundign problem or stray RF in the shack.
