Phil, you can do psk31, hell, and MT63 for free.
RTTY and keyboard CW is shareware.
I have used MixW, Digipan, TrueTTY, GetCW, WriteLog, Logger, Zakanaka,
WinPsk, Hellschreiber, and MT63.
