Hi Folks,
A few years ago we had a large carrier showed up on 160 meters. After N6TR
found the guy near Seattle he found out the guy was running tests with another
station using a very slow CW mode. I forget the exact acronym for that but it
remains as one possibility. I still think it needs ID every 10 minutes but what
do I know? That went on for a few days as I recall. N6TR might remember more.
