Hi Kris,

You can't put back what is missing, (QRN removes data in a lot of cases), you can only guess at what is missing and replace with that...

Turn on your NB next time you do FT8, and count the decodes, then kill it an count again... I hope you are right, but I suspect it will be a long time before a really good noise reduction system can do all you mentioned.
