There are two ways to report this to Solar Edge.

The first is to go through your installer. If they confirm that they have
reported it to Solar Edge, then this will be put in a queue to be verified,
then replaced if needed.

You can also send it through ARRL, via Steve Anderson, W1EMI@arrl.org.

Solar Edge will verify the problem by remotely shutting off the system, with
you at your receiver to confirm that the noise went away. They will then
coordinate with the neighbor and installer and arrange to remove the system
from the neighbor's house and replace it, ensuring that good wiring practices
such as twisted pair are used, along with strategically placed ferrite cores.

Subject: [RFI] Severe RFI to 630M from Solar Edge HD Wave inverter

Neighbors newly installed Solar Edge HD Wave inverter and solar panel system is
causing severe RFI to 474.5 Khz 24 hours a day. It doesn't even stop after
dark. Its smps RFI drifts around 474.5Khz depending on temperature.
I also have many RFI carriers up to at least 14.3mhz but most seem to stop
after dark.
How do I get corrective action out of Solar Edge?
