Ed, this at least needs to be published in QST and QEX in the front on a
regular basis. I'd strongly suggest it become a part of the usual QST
"Front End". Hams in my area, N. Colorado, are totally ignorant of the
ARRL involvement with interference and the FCC. I've tried to encourage
them to first do their homework and then contact ARRL, but many don't even
know ARRL may be intimately involved in these RFI cases, and, therefore,
are reluctant to involve ARRL. I have one of those pending at present
addressing a grow operation. I've encouraged him to document everything
and contact ARRL, but he doesn't believe that ARRL offers the intermediary
between the problem and FCC. Of course, this will precipitate more traffic
for you guys, but the hams need to know they get this "service" from ARRL
membership.
