How many Engineers does it take to replace a lightbulb?
None.
Only union maintenance or better yet, union electricians can change the
lightbulbs.

Replace the whole lot with ONE engineer.
Actually, just a decent tech with a couple years of real-world hands-on
experience.
I've worked with far too many "Engineers". If you have more than one,
nothing gets accomplished.
