Hi Paul,

I loaded Console 3, and it works great with my RTL-SDR (with up converter)
but as you mentioned there does not appear to be a way to modify the time
scale on the oscilloscope display so it won't do what I need.  As I
previously mentioned it would be ideal if the time axis (horizontal axis)
represented about 20 msec of time when trying to capture the arcing power
line signature.

Thanks again for mentioning Console 3, and I can see it becoming one of my
favorite SDR software packages.
