I looked at it in my audio analyzer and it does not show any data. It does
show evenly spaced pulses of the background noise only amplified. I slowed it
way down and no data pulses I could see.

I took a few captures from it, after I sent my original, there is a
definite digital sound to it... I can hear what sounds like data in it.
