I would look for a new installer that knows the difference from A/C condenser
(exterior refrigerant condenser or motor start cap?) and a ELECTRONIC condenser
(cap).
Either that, or give them the education on the difference on these devices.

Thanks to all those that have responded to my question concerning RFI
  into a A/C condenser.
We are considering installing "mini-split ductless A/C system" in our
all electric home.In asking contractors if the producers of these system
will guarantee that the units will not produce RFI into my radio
system, they respond by asking if my transmissions will produce RFI into
the condenser !!Obviously, this doesn't answer our original question--Red
  Herring??
Agn.tnx to all that responded and we will welcome further info.
