HI GUYS,
THIS SUBJECT AND POSTING WAS ORIGINALLY DISCUSSED ON THE TOPBAND REFLECTOR. 
I THOUGH IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO POST IT HERE ALSO FOR THOSE WHO MAY NOT 
SUBSCRIBE TO TOPBAND BUT MAY HAVE AN INTEREST.
