Recently (last 2 years?) there was an article in QST on how to build a VHF
AM line noise detector...anyone know the month/year? The noise here is
getting worse; during NAQP someone said can't you hear everyone calling you
and I couldn't. I knew the noise was unbearable on 160 but tonight even 12
meters was bad. I think its close and I think its west of here. Power
company was here last week and couldn't find anything. Almost everything in
the neighborhood is underground so look like I need to go sniffing....
