The manual is on the same page you downloaded the software from.  Look for a
link that says, "CT9 Manual".  It's in Acrobat (PDF) format.

If you're just getting started, you should download and install the setup
program before installing 9.91.  Look for the link that says, "CT_SETUP.EXE".
