The SCP (F8) window is limited in size. 2-character SCP won't show many of the
calls if there are more calls than will fit in the window. Ken uses a hash
function, so even if it normally would have been the FIRST call displayed in
the window (i.e. AA1AA when typing in 1A), SCP may not display it, if it's
further down the hash table.
Now if the window was NOT full of calls when you typed those two letters, and
the expected call was still missing, that could be a bug. But I'd be surprised
if any 2-letter combination DID result in fewer calls than would fill the
window.
