[ct-user] Band Problem

        I think maybe I missed something here but when I try to run CT 9.51
for the CQWW it comes up on 20 meters. If I change it to 15 it immediately
changes back to 20 when I add a contact. I tried 10 meters and it did the
same thing, back to 20. Anyone know how to fix this? I am booting to DOS
so there should be no problems.
