[ct-user] CT Help Files

After a bit more research and a little feedback from the list readers here,
I have
updated my CT help files, adding a few commands that missed the first cut
and
fixing up some comments on others.
A bit more detail on the bandmap and announce window usage was also added to
help some of the recent questions on the list about that.
