Warm greetings from the EUDX Contest Committee! We are thrilled to extend
an invitation to you for the upcoming EUDX Contest scheduled to take place
on 3-4 February 2024.
Over the past few years, the EUDX Contest has witnessed remarkable growth
in participation. In the 2023 edition, we were delighted to receive a
record-breaking 1981 logs, a significant leap from the 1281 logs in 2022.
Notably, 1226 logs emanated from European Union stations, while 755 logs
were contributed by DX stations. A fascinating observation was the fact
that nearly two-thirds of the submissions flooded in within the initial 24
hours of the contest, culminating in an impressive total of 493,000 QSOs.
Encouraged by this overwhelming response, our goal for the 2024 edition is
to surpass 2000 logs, aiming for even greater heights. The contest,
spanning 24 hours and conducted in both SSB and CW modes, is slated to
occur on the first full weekend of February.
The primary objective of the contest is to establish contacts with European
Union regions, each contact fetching 10 points/QSO, serving as both a
multiplier and a scoring element. However, given the international scope of
the competition, participants are also encouraged to make QSOs with
stations worldwide.
Our diverse range of categories ensures that participants can choose the
category that best aligns with their preferences. The exchange information
for European regions comprises the RST report and the distinctive code of
each European call area, consisting of two letters and two numbers
(available on the rules page). For other stations, the exchange will
include RST and the ITU Zone.
As we gear up for this exciting event, we invite you to join us with
