Thanks to W2UP and K3ZJ for responding. This is useful. Hard to believe
these guys are doing over 200 QSOs per hour or >3 per minute. Must be
shortening exchange, maybe no doubling info, no call at end of QRZ, etc.
Not like CW where you can send faster. Speed is fixed by standards. And if
you're running, no unanswered CQs, etc. If you're from a plain vanilla
location like NY, not such high demand. With 300 watts and 80m dipole on 40
and 15m did about 40/hr which I thought wasn't bad, as got lots of
responses from West Coast and Europe. But nothing like these 200 rates.
