Hello Jorge.  I can only speak for Germany as a competitor but was also very 
familiar with the US 2014 WRTC.  Other than any possible equipment malfunction, 
which you can never rule out, I believe virtually all competitors would say 
that they had equal locations and situations in every aspect.  I know that I 
feel that way from Germany 2018.

It’s almost impossible that “everyone is in the same situation”, nor in Italy 
or other WRTC
