Sure they do.  Not only direct from Heil, but also at DXE, HRO, and I would
guess other Heil distributors.

Heil sells each little individual part to many of their products too. Sort
of like the Sears that old-timers remember, before the "throw-it-away"
age.  The instruction manuals included a complete parts list down to screws
and washers for each Kenmore product, and each part could be ordered
individually.

If you can't find it on the Web, call any one of the above.
