7 miscopied calls lose the 7 + 7 more as penalty = -14
3 busted exchanges (no additional penalty) = -3

Total reduction is 17 QSOs.

Nothing to do with uniques.

The LCR is a bit misleading. DR4M was a unique in your log. However, it
was matched up with a QSO in the log of IR4M so it was counted as a busted
call. Once DR4M was matched as a busted call it should have been removed
from the unique list.
