Just curious, but why?  I can probably think of a few dozen examples of 
various competitions where anyone's performance is available for 
everyone to see.  Why should ham radio be different?  The specifics of 
where we mess up (the UBN report) is kept hidden, at least partly to 
avoid embarrassment I suspect, but what's wrong with making the logs 
available?  Are you worried that someone else will glean some valuable 
operating tactic from viewing your log?  Or are you incensed that there 
might be a presumption of cheating?

Sorry, but I don't see the big deal.
