Well, Nat, he has everytime I've heard him, but of course since he was 
signing
his call everytime when I heard him, I didn't have to listen to him very 
long
before I knew who he was and could work him and QSY on to someone else.
Therefore since I didn't have listen to him very long, it is possible that 
he
sometimes does skips sending his call everytime and I just wasn't around to
hear him do it :):)
