[CQ-Contest] Source for ICE419 Bandpass filters - Conclusion

Thanks for the many helpful replies.  Jay has been in touch several times
and is clearly at the mercy of the manufacturer! He has  however offered
hope of us receiving them before IOTA so we will keep our fingers crossed.
There seems little he can do with ICE but fortunately for us he works very
hard on our behalf.
