The FT-1000D is the same as a regular 1000 but with most of the filters
and accessories included.
You get all of the second IF filters and most of the third IF filters.
You also get the BPF-1 which is a second bandpass filter for the sub RX.
It allows you to listen to two seperate frequencies on seperate bands
with seperate antennas. You also get a higher stability TCXO than what
is normally included.
