Hi Lane,

50ft is really short for 160 (approx. 30
electrical degrees or .085 wavelength).  The
antennas on top will contribute some top loading
but you probably still won't be able to get to 50
ohms with this setup.  If you are going to use a
tuner then that probably wouldn't be a big problem
anyway.  Just connect the shunt at the tower top,
securely ground the mast/beam to the tower top and
try it.
