Comments:
One of the shortest days of the year, which projected
to an almost dead 7 MHz band at this hour. Aurora was
in declining trend during this session. Even 3.5 MHz
was poor and local noise floor was high up.
Again I spent most of the hour soldering. All cables
were rotten: a failed install by the crew doing the
replacement of all windows. Probably all foam cables
squeezed. The TDR shows the jump at the feed-through.
I finished CWT by pulling a direct coax through the
door to the feed point of the sloper wire.
