Comments:
Played with a 2nd radio in-band -- IC7300 with a vertical ~400 feet from the
main antenna. Actually worked OK. Sounded decent until I got within 20 kHz of
the tx freq. Had to use the attenuator, though, so weak people did not get
heard. Only added about a dozen Qs, but a successful proof-of-concept. Might
try my TS590SG in that position. Worked 49 states; no Missouri. That's a
first. Felt loud with the sloping dipole @40'. No problem running EU. TNX for
the Qs.
