Comments:
This year was more fun then last year. It would be nice to see activations from
all of the US / Canada multipliers. My hope for the future is for consideration
to made to changing the rules to focus on making this a more global competition.
At times it felt like a digital version of Sweepstakes except I can also work
non US / Canada stations. Would love to see scoring based on distance between
the stations plus multi-band multipliers. (One can dream, right?) It should
matter having a great JA run or a European run rather than just accumulating
multipliers and running a bunch of local stations. Of course I am contesting
going into the peak of a Sunspot cycle. I am confident the existing rules are
just right when there is limited solar activity... 73s Jeff
