Only 2nd 160m contest since 2020. Matched up the rusty nails. A poorly designed
134 End-Fed and MFJ 10-40 HWEF.
I've had a design for years for a 160m antenna for my compact space, but I've
just never put it together mostly because a "monoband" antenna isn't a
wise use of the antenna farm real estate. Thinking this is going to change.
Condx seemed poor, but still heard a number of southern and mid-west stations,
but nobody could hear the rusty nails. Worked a few NFR members. Not about the
"score", always about "We Have Fun".
