Us less talented CW operators could use a low speed (<18 WPM) version of this
test, with a total ban on "bug" keyers -- and immediate
disqualification of any operator who is reported for failure to QRS or offer
enough repeats necessary to get the information copied by the other operator. I
am not impressed with high-speed, incomprehensible CW. All it does is discourage
average CW operators who have never had military or commercial CW training. If
you want to get more people involved in CW -- please slow it down! - K3LT
