Fun weekend but too nice outside with leaves falling here in western NC to stay
inside all weekend. Golf on Saturday, dinner with friends. Leaf raking for
several hours on Sunday.
Pleased with results using only a 40M zepp at 70+ feet and 40 M OCF dipole at
approx same height; oriented about 80 degrees apart. Used a 160M EFHW for top
band and 80- those bands need more sting from the wire! Rig FTDX 3000; AL80B amp
at approx 600 watts. Used N3FJP software - not one glitch- thanks Scott!
Worked some really nice DX- thanks to good operators on the other end.
At 75- I still have a blast in this one- thanks to all.
