This year the K4GIG Contest Station suffered storm damage in late July from a
micro-burst/EF0 storm. Damage took out disocne/6m beam and G5RV used for backup.
After all repeairs were made we waiting till this weekend to give everything a
test. Friday evening went well on 40/20/15m with minimal issues. Saturday seemed
to be a challenge with finding RFI issues from somewhere near the shack. Source
of RFI was a Ryobi battery charger for mower....issue resolved. Sunday no issues
one bit on 40/20/15/10m at all.
Once the Mini 33A is received and assembled we will see better results likely.
