Thank you for digging me out!
This time I brought my 4 band Elecraft K1 just to see how it is stuck against
modern/competition rigs and to practice some tougher conditions. I am surprised
how well the K1 performs. It is not comparable to K3 or KX3 but it is
definitely a workable rig. I forgot how to disable autotuner and increase power
as a result I was tuning into tuned antennas and was working 40 meters only with
3 watts. Still quite a few operators were able to read me.
