Comments:

Another CQWW RTTY is in the books (log). It's true that in ham radio contesting,
you only do well by working *with* your competitors. I'm not aware of anny other
sport in the world where this happens. And for all those whom we worked, I thank
you for the opportunity to be a part of your score.

It was nice to see 10 meters blossom on Saturday. It wasn't nearly as good as it
was 11 years ago (Kenya on 10 during daylight on Saturday!), but it raqlly goes
to show what a sweet band 10 is when it opens. Solar activity on Sunday was a
bit wonky, to say the least, but we muddled through it.

I am extremely privileged to have the use of K1TTT's station in Peru (Berkshire
County, FN32LL), Massachusetts. Dave opens his station to us, feeding us and
yes, drinking with us. I also have the honor of leading a team made of friends,
both in-person and remote. I love working with these guys and we do bring out
the best in each other (even if K1NZ keeps breaking 80 meters hihihi).

Eleven years ago -- a single sunspot cycle -- Team K1SFA broke the NA record we
set in 2011 with a score of 10,343,424 ( in 2011, we scored 10,002, 562 and
placed #2 World, only just short of #1 by 78,000 points). This year -- 2023 --
is our third-best finish. For that, I thank my team, Dave Robbins K1TTT (also
part of the team, but station host, as well) and everyone who worked K1SFA,
especially those who worked us on all five bands.

88 de khrystyne, K1SFA
