Psssst... Hey, mister... Got any of them QTC's on ya? How 'bout sharing some!

QTC's are fun! Makes this contest worthwhile. It felt like there was not a lot
of activity, less than the CW version. Still fun. Reached my goal of getting
rid of all my QTC's

A highlight was running into Vedran 9A5DX from his club station, 9A5Y, twice,
once on 20m on Saturday, then on 10m on Sunday. Ved was the Team Leader of I49D.
I was the referee for that callsign at WRTC. He even moved me to 15m for some
QTC!

A lowlight was ending up 5 khz from RU1A. This station was splattering over
10khz on EVERY BAND I HEARD HIM ON. And no, it was not my receiver, I have
videos to prove it.

Frankly, there is no excuse for this kind of signal in 2023, folks. I usually
dont name names, but I will make an exception. Really horrible, wide signal
which I dont think was an "accident".
