Comments:
Good practice for the Sep contest as conditions were flat with all Qs brute
forced via tropo or meteor scatter.
More activity than expected given it wasn't clear a few weeks ago if this
contest was still alive. Glad it still has a pulse, but wish it would get
locked in to the Perseid peak (almost always good prop) vs. end of August
(almost always no prop).
In W9 it seemed most stations were single mode, so I had to be frequency agile
to work as many folks as possible. Analog was pretty well represented with
K9JK/R out and about helping to stir up local activity. Most mults were via
digi. Wish more stations tried MSK - rocks were pretty good!
